Hippocampus

Hippocampus blends jazz, blues, and pop to form an American sound reminiscent of Phish and DMB. Whether they play for 10 people or 1,000, Hippocampus is known for their stage presence, high-energy live shows, happy vibe, and musicianship. Hippocampus can play a show from all-cover to all-original, and everything in between, as we enjoy entertaining audiences wherever we find them.

Hippocampus has released 3 singles and 3 EP's, won the Spark Summer Music Series in Delaware in 2008 (which included a magazine cover), and was awarded "Best Live Performance" and "Song of the Year" for their song "Shine" by 93.7 WSTW FM in 2009.

Seven Hippocampus songs have been played on FM radio. The band has opened for Steve Miller Band, played bars, charity events, and outdoor festivals with great success
