This May, I will be going Over the Edge to benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Delaware.
What does that mean? I will be rappelling down the north face of 300 Delaware Avenue - a 17-story building in downtown Wilmington. That's 222 feet!
More than the challenge of the rappel itself, I am excited about the difference I am making in the lives of those with intellectual disabilities.
