I am currently reviewing different options for handling cross border transfers and currency exchange for my UK operation. Has anyone here recently set up a multi currency account that supports local payments without huge hidden costs?

I tested a few platforms recently and noticed Sends works reasonably well if you are based in the UK. They provide dedicated IBANs in EUR GBP and USD with access to SEPA SWIFT and local rails. The account verification took about two days after submitting standard corporate docs. Conversion fees are quite transparent at around 0.3 percent. Keep in mind they are rather strict during onboarding and do not accept shell companies or nested financial entities.
